Hubble99 is the most ambitious IoT hardware bundle that has been launched globally. For an irresistible package price of $0.99/month/device, IoT solution players get the eSIM integrated connectivity hardware of their choice of technology, pre-loaded global IoT data pack, and a robust Connectivity-Device management cloud platform, all together as one single package. All Cavli smart modules offered as part of Hubble99, come with a lifetime warranty, thereby taking away any apprehensions regarding how a net-zero priced module will take care of your connectivity needs.
The Hubble99 service has a minimum contract period of 3 years and an upfront annual payment commitment for one year.
Yes, the renewal of Hubble99 is optional after the three years contract period.
All billings are done annually. Renewal cycle occurs before the 10th day of the 12th month from the beginning of the contract period.
All devices included in Hubble99 carries a lifetime warranty as long as the IMEI of the device is tied to an active data plan.
Devices on-boarded into Hubble99 will ride on Cavli's preferred local telecom partner in that country. As of yet, we do not offer carrier switching on this plan.
Cavli's edge modules support network technologies such as NB-IoT, LTE-M, LTE CAT-1, CAT 4, 2G with GPS/GNSS support.
The IoT modules in Hubble99 support all major networking technologies such as LTE-M | NB-IoT | CAT-1 | 2G | 3G | 4G. For specific module technologies, please visit Hubble99.
Different network technologies support different Uplink & Downlink speeds which are module-specific. For more information regarding data speeds from specific modules, please visit the C-Series page.
The Hubble99 plan includes six modules:
Supported geographies are determined by the network bands enabled on the smart modules. For example, C42QM supports all global bands and hence can be deployed around the world, whereas, C10AS has been designed specifically for regions across North America.
Yes, it is possible to customize the module functionality or features according to the customer’s requirements. Please contact our solutions team to learn more.
Yes, Cavli does provide SDKs for the Application Processor in Hubble99 IoT modules (except for C1RS module) for the customers to use as per the requirements in their end-device applications. For more information, please contact our support team.
Yes, FOTA (firmware over-the-air) update is also considered as part of the total data consumption of the IoT modules.
Cavli’s partnerships with several telecom operators around the world provide our customers with the advantage of globally launching their IoT solution. Currently, Cavli has preferred local network partners for each country and hence, there is no provision for the customer to choose the network provider. Since Cavli smart modules come with an integrated eSIM, customers also do not have to worry about procuring the eSIM chips separately.
Although a quota of data is assigned to each IoT module in the plan every month, the Hubble99 IoT modules aren't limited to that data quota. If the smart device requires additional data, the IoT platform automatically provisions it, and the additional data consumed will be billed on the monthly invoice.
To make a Hubble99 purchase order, customers are required to reach a minimum MoQ of 5000 units per IoT module. For example, if a customer wants to purchase a C42QM IoT module, he/she will need to place an order for a minimum of 5000 units of C42QM module, per order.

Cavli provides customers with the facility to perform online payments with the ‘Stripe’ payment gateway and through direct bank transactions. Customers will find the option for the same while purchasing Hubble99 and also while renewing their subscription.
By default, the Hubble99 IoT modules have a quota of data assigned to them per month. In case of higher data consumption, overage charges will be levied on a per-module basis. For example, if the assigned plan has 5MB of data usage per module per month and the IoT module consumes more than the assigned 5MB of data per month, then the data consumed additionally will be billed as an overage charge. The invoice for the overage data charge will be sent to the customer’s mail at the end of the month.
Customers are only required to pay yearly charges for the Hubble99 bundle plan. Towards the end of every eleventh month during the three-year contract period, an invoice email would be sent to the customer’s registered email address with details regarding the renewal of subscription.
